We have an opportunity in of a Lead – L&D, TM and Engagement.

Job Objective

  • Delivery and administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of an individual. Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management.
  • Assist in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool. Drive CSAT/Speak Surveys, action planning & periodic review.
  • Design & develop workforce engagement strategy in conjunction with HR Head & Operation Head

Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning

  • Plan Talent development, manpower budgeting and seek necessary approvals.
  • Planning of annual training calendar, engagement calendar, talent reviews with HOD's.

Functional

Core:

  • Assess training needs through IDPs, consultation with managers
  • Design, plan, organize, training programs for associates.
  • Arrange specific training programs as per requirement of functions
  • Obtain, organize, course materials, such as handouts, online courses on Edx portal
  • Monitor, evaluate, record training activities in order to measure program effectiveness.
  • Evaluate facilitators in order to deliver effective training
  • Prepare & monitor training budget
  • Preparing training MIS
  • Compliance with ISO standards.
  • Working with the business to identify Key talent and Critical talent positions.
  • Facilitate pool of high performers and potential associates by coordinating PAC process for Group level and company level talent.
  • Developing, maintaining Key talent IDPs
  • Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent acquisition processes.
  • Assist both Group level and company OTR.
  • Working collaboratively with the Corporate HR and the Business people to implement the outcomes of Talent management process.
  • Assisting associates for their queries and concerns.
  • Managing PIP by identifying candidates and monitoring their progress.
  • Ensuring correctness of calculated data of PMS system like AVP, Annual Increments, and Promotions etc.
  • Compliance with Corporate HR Audits.
  • Sourcing through various portals to ensure that we have a diverse pool of hires
  • Plan & execute employee engagement calendar
  • Update employee data & files
  • Input to update organisation chart
  • Conducting various activities like Townhall, Sports, Events etc.
  • Participate & arrange forums like Let's connect, Samvaad, Chai-Pe-Charcha with Operation Head.
  • Publishing bulletins, flyer etc on various occasion
  • Cascading various initiatives, events of Corporate to plant

Internal process:

  • Overseas the capability development & execution of L&D cycle with using online tools.
  • Overseas the development of talent pool & critical talent through talent Management cycle.
  • Overseas the execution of organization drives as per the plan
  • Ensures timely execution of MAPS (PMS)cycle
  • Ensure timely hiring by using SF portal
  • Submitting HR reports monthly

Educational and Experience Requirement:

Level of Education

  • MBA/MMS – HR

Experience

  • 4 – 6 years

Work Location:

Kandivali, Mumbai ( After a couple of years, willing to relocate to Pune)
