Job Description

Overview:

Lead strategic engagement with key infrastructure owners and consultants across India to drive specification inclusion and position Sika as the preferred technology partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage top infrastructure accounts such as National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Chennai Metro Rail Limited and key state authorities etc.
  • Build strong relationships with global consultants like AECOM, Jacobs, WSP, Mott MacDonald, Arup etc.
  • Influence specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to include Sika systems
  • Develop strong connects with decision-makers at HO and project/site levels
  • Drive differentiation of Sika solutions and set high market standards
  • Support business conversion from specification to project wins
  • Stronger specification control, improved conversion, and growth in key infrastructure and industrial segments.

Qualifications

  • BE - Civil/Chemical. Preferred- ME structures along with MBA.
  • Strong understanding of the Construction/ Construction chemicals industry and project business.
  • Ability to work across complete product portfolios (WP, repair, flooring, admixture, grouts, etc.).
  • Solid technical knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals.
  • Strong project management customer/ specifier & specification management and tender management capability.

  • High business acumen with ability to judge key stakeholders quickly.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at senior decision-maker levels.
  • Ability to handle channel partners/applicators effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers frequently.
