Lead Java & React Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, focusing on both back-end and front-end development.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application functionality.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards across the development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement applications that are highly scalable and fault-tolerant.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud-based application deployments and management.
• Use Docker for containerization and orchestration of applications.
• Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React JS.
• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for efficient database interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continually improve development processes and product quality.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and containerization using Docker.
• Proven track record of building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, especially React JS.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities to lead and support development teams.
