We are seeking a Lead Java Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior developers. You will play a crucial role in building robust and scalable applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices in coding and design.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts.
- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate for database interaction.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
