We are seeking a Lead Java Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior developers. You will play a crucial role in building robust and scalable applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices in coding and design.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate for database interaction.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
