Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the IQ product within the Identity Management system
- Triage, refine, and manage incidents effectively
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Fix bugs and verify resolutions
- Achieve unit test coverage and promote test automation
- Establish tools to monitor and control SLA adherence
- Process incoming requests for triage and resolution
- Support deployment processes, including hotfix releases
- Collaborate with new feature development teams for cross-team knowledge sharing
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Facilitate the change management process
- Coordinate with client-side support services at various levels
- Lead the engineering team on a day-to-day basis
Requirements
- 9 to 15 years of experience in Java development
- Demonstrated competency in managing Support Services with committed SLAs from an engineering perspective
- Background in working with incident management processes
- Advanced understanding of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of Metrics & KPIs
- Background in Java software development
- Proficiency in Angular
- Understanding of engineering excellence principles and best practices
- Capability to lead large-scale technical teams at the program level
- Expertise in object-oriented analysis and design principles
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in implementing Microservices
