About the Role We're hiring a senior Java Full Stack Lead with deep Angular 16+ expertise and a strong healthcare domain background. You'll lead a distributed engineering team, own architecture and delivery decisions, and build scalable, cloud-native applications in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular 16+, and Node.js
• Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices
• Drive cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Mentor and guide developers; conduct code reviews and set engineering standards
• Partner with product, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7, EMR/EHR)

Required Skills

• 15+ years in software development, 5+ years in a technical lead role
• Java + Spring Boot (expert level)
• Angular 16 or higher (must-have)
• Node.js, REST APIs, microservices architecture
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Healthcare domain experience (must-have: HIPAA, EMR/EHR, HL7, payer/provider)
