- Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Experience with databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS applications
- Prior experience in building high-performance, scalable systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodology

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
