Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices integrated with Agentic AI workflows (multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLM tool-calling).
- Build fault-tolerant backend systems handling real-time decision-making, memory management, and error recovery for production AI deployments.
- Drive system architecture: distributed systems, AWS/Kafka scaling, observability for agentic behaviors in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor juniors on Spring AI equivalents, prompt engineering, and vector DB integrations (Pinecone/FAISS).
Required Experience
- 10+ years Java backend mastery (Spring Boot 3.x, REST/gRPC, Microservices, design patterns).
- 2+ years Agentic AI hands-on: LangChain/LangGraph in Java ecosystems, LLM orchestration (GPT/Claude), autonomous agents.
- Proven system design: HLD/LLD for scalable, secure AI platforms + BFSI domain exposure preferred.
- Tech stack: Docker/K8s, SQL/NoSQL, CI/CD, monitoring tools.
