Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Apache Kafka to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Build event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Design Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
• Implement scalable and resilient microservice architectures.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Contribute to CI/CD and cloud-based deployment practices.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Knowledge of Kafka Streams.
• Experience in high-volume, distributed enterprise applications.
