Roles & Responsibilities As a Java Full Stack Developer at Velloni, you will be instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of our software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications and microservices. - Developing responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies including TypeScript and Next.js. - Creating and consuming RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between client and server components. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance and user experience. - Documenting technical processes and system designs for future reference. Mandatory Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development and full-stack web development. - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration. - Experience with front-end technologies such as TypeScript and Next.js. - Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements The following qualifications will be advantageous: - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders. Salary The position offers a competitive salary of 1,400,000 INR per annum. This is a full-time opportunity based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Please note that this role is not remote.
