Must-Have Qualifications

• Core Java Expertise: Strong command of Java 11+, multithreading, collections, concurrency, and JVM memory management.
• Spring Framework: Proven experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring REST.
• JPA / ORM Skills: Deep knowledge of Java Persistence API (JPA) / Hibernate, including entity mapping, lazy/eager loading, and transaction management.
• Data Understanding: Solid relational database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle). You should know how data is structured, indexed, and queried efficiently.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts. Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and basic containerization (Docker).
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, write clear documentation, and proactively raise blockers or ideas.
