We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of scalable microservices and modern web interfaces. You will provide technical leadership, architecting high-performance systems while mentoring a talented engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Leadership: Design and scale microservices using Golang or Java, implementing concurrency patterns and event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Frontend Excellence: Build responsive UIs using React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js, collaborating closely with UI/UX teams.
- System Design: Optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and lead architectural discussions.
- Team Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and guide engineers within an Agile framework.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in full-stack development, with 3+ years specifically in Golang or Java.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern JS frameworks, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
