Job Description

Senior Java Developer with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in technical design and development expertise. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader capable of designing and delivering high-quality, scalable applications using a comprehensive set of Java and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development of robust high-volume, performance-critical applications Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering best practices in coding and design. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and security practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Technical Skills: Expert-level Java v17 or higher, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) MyBatis/ibatis or Hibernate (ORM and database integration)

Server Side Components: Servlet, JSF and JSP

Front-end technologies: Angular, JavaScript, AJAX, JQueryDatatable integration for dynamic data-driven UI components Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns Solid experience with relational databases and SQL.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Attributes : Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
