We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and AWS, along with leadership skills to guide teams toward successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of scalable Java-based applications.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage code repositories and enforce best practices in version control.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
