About Position:
Skilled and experienced Java Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing microservices to support our innovative and complex business solutions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners to develop high-quality software and applications. Your role will involve creating clean, efficient, and testable code, as well as identifying, prioritizing, and executing tasks in the software development life cycle.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Contribute to all phases of the development of lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and enterprise-grade backend development
- In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture, Kubernetes
- Solid experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous messaging
- Hands-on exposure to Apache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with API documentation and testing tools (Swagger / Postman preferred)
- AI & Developer Productivity Tools
- Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Cursor
- Ability to leverage AI tools for code productivity, debugging, and documentation is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Maven.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
- Familiarity with design principles and patterns.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
