Job Summary

The Oracle Full Stack Lead Developer leads the design and delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-native applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role focuses on Java-based microservices, event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, and serverless integrations via OCI Functions, built with security-by-design principles aligned to NIST and NERC-CIP standards. The role partners closely with architecture, security, compliance, and DevOps teams in regulated environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications on OCI.
• Own architecture and implementation of Java microservices, RabbitMQ messaging, and OCI Functions.
• Translate security, compliance, and cloud architecture requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Design resilient, event-driven workflows with retries, DLQs, and idempotency.
• Embed security-by-design: least privilege, encryption, secure logging, auditability.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, compliance, and DevOps stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture reviews, threat modeling, and incident response.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.

Key Skills (Required)

• Java (8+) with Spring Boot / Spring Security or Jakarta EE
• Event-driven architecture using RabbitMQ
• OCI application development (compute, networking, security services, OCI Functions)
• OAuth2 / OIDC, RBAC / policy-based authorization
• Secure API and service-to-service communication
• Security-by-design aligned to NIST CSF / NIST 800-53
• Strong experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Python for OCI Functions, automation, and integrations
• Exposure to NERC-CIP or critical infrastructure compliance
• Golang for performance-sensitive services
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and audit readiness experience
