Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to join our client's team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java along with exposure to modern technologies like Python, Kafka, and AWS. Prior experience in Banking / Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and developing scalable applications
• Work on end-to-end development using Java and related technologies
• Integrate systems using Kafka for real-time data streaming
• Design and deploy solutions on AWS cloud platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and delivery
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot)
• Working knowledge of Python
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience in AWS Cloud Services
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture
• Domain experience in Banking / Capital Markets / Investment Banking (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 9+ years of experience
• Notice Period: 30 to 45 days max
• Willingness to attend in-person interview in Mumbai after virtual rounds
