Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Java Developer, located in New Delhi with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining robust software solutions. The role also involves leading the development of microservices, implementing application features using Java and the Spring Framework, and ensuring adherence to coding and industry best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality scalable solutions is a key aspect of this position.

Qualification:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with strong expertise in Software Development and Programming
• 6+ years of experience in React/Redux development for scalable web applications
• Strong experience in designing and developing Microservices Architecture using Java Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, deployment strategies, and system architecture best practices
• Proven technical leadership experience with the ability to mentor developers and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams
