They manufacture and design smart locks, electronic vaults, and electronic safe and card locks.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to design, develop, and lead scalable microservices-based applications. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Development

• Design and develop Spring Boot–based microservices
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Implement microservices patterns such as API Gateway, Service Discovery, and Config Server
• Implement security using JWT / OAuth2
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and code quality
• Handle production issues and perform root cause analysis

Microservices & Integration

• Implement synchronous and asynchronous communication
• Work with Kafka / RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures
• Manage inter-service communication and fault tolerance
• Handle database design and data consistency

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Support task planning, estimation, and timely delivery
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams

Preferred:

Experience with production-grade microservices, Agile/Scrum, monitoring and logging tools

Candidate Profile

• 6–7 years of overall Java development experience
• 1–2 years in a technical lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
• Good communication and team leadership skills
