Lead IT Security

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the cybersecurity strategy as defined by the CISO
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IT security risks, controls, and mitigation strategies
• Lead a team of security professionals to ensure continuous protection of organizational assets
• Develop, enforce, and monitor security policies, standards, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and incident response planning
• Advise senior management on cybersecurity posture and strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to information security
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into processes and projects
