The Impact You Will Have in This Role

The IAM Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks to minimize or control negative outcomes while maximizing opportunities. This role involves developing and executing risk management strategies, performing assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. It plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization's operations and aligning risk with strategic business goals.


Your Primary Responsibilities

Risk Management Planning

  • Identify and assess business risks, including financial, regulatory, legal, and operational
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Establish and promote health and safety measures for risk mitigation


Risk Monitoring

  • Continuously oversee and improve risk management processes and internal controls
  • Review and update risk-related policies to ensure continued effectiveness


Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the organization


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management into business processes
  • Coordinate with external risk consultants as needed


Strategic Risk Management

  • Align risk mitigation strategies with overall company objectives
  • Provide advice on the risk impact of key business and strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  • Ability to negotiate, handle change, and remain flexible in dynamic environments
