Job Purpose: Lead - Digitalisation will spearhead the development and execution of the digitalization strategy for the Data Centers division. This role focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve energy management, and strengthen cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation and a deep understanding of the technological advancements driving the data center industry.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and optimize IT operations and infrastructure to support data center business goals.
- Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures.
- Manage IT budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support business and operational requirements.
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning for IT infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology (Graduate).
- 14 to 18 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and networking.
- Proven experience in managing IT budgets and assets within a data center environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Network Architecture & Administration Design, implementation, and management of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
IT Asset Management Procurement, tracking, lifecycle management, and compliance of IT hardware and software assets.
Server & Storage Management Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
Cloud Platforms Experience with public/private cloud solutions, migrations, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT Or Computer Science
Work Experience
12-15 years of experience in the Data Centre Project industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and coordinating complex projects
