About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Interior Designer with strong experience in corporate, office, and workspace interiors to lead design execution and deliver high-quality projects end to end. The role involves design leadership, cross-functional coordination, and ownership of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality workspace designs and end-to-end project delivery
Plan and execute layouts for offices, co-working spaces, and corporate environments
Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards for interiors
Create and review 3D models, renderings, floor plans, and mood boards for client and internal approvals
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and business needs
Manage vendors, contractors, and procurement for furniture, materials, and installations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local building codes, safety, and accessibility standards
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment
Conduct quality checks and due diligence to maintain design integrity and compliance
Stay updated on industry trends, workplace strategies, and innovative office design solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, operations, management, external vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure project completion within approved budgets and finalise delivery within stipulated timelines
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in office or commercial interior design
Strong portfolio showcasing office, co-working, or corporate workspace projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Knowledge of ergonomic furniture, lighting, acoustics, and sustainable design practices
Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
Understanding of coworking layouts, hot desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces (preferred)
Familiarity with building regulations, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards
