Lead Interior designer

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and should be curious to communicate regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and present a design solution that thinks ahead of them.

Ability to translate thought form experience

You should be able to see the space before it exists.

Job Responsibilities

Develop design briefs, concepts based on the project vision

Translate design direction into mood boards, renders, and drawings with accuracy

Design spaces coordinating architectural layouts, furniture layouts, services, materiality with accurate detailing captured at the design stage

Lead in selection of materials, preparation of sample boards and finalization of materials based available budgets

Have a brief understanding of how Interiors engage with MEP services, Faade and Landscape.

Track, manage, and adhere to project schedules and deadlines effectively

Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed.

Review technical drawings and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.

Review/ Selection of FF&E adequate to the design brief

Accessory selection and styling of interior spaces

Requirements

• Bachelors/Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institute.
• A good working knowledge of Sketchup and AutoCAD is essential.
• Demonstrable presentation and client relations skills.
• Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples.
