Job description:
- Develop and support the latest in SAP integration Sphere.
- Design SuccessFactors integration with Different systems.
- Work with industry leading architects to deliver integration Iflows for clients across the globe.
- Work with the latest technologies in the HRMS Sphere.
- Work on BIB, integration center, and other SAP tools.
- Mentor and Guide junior integration consultants.
- Work with industry leaders to define and solve major problem statements.
- Collaborate with SAP for various initiatives and innovations.
- Assist with requirements research or potential proof of concept ideas
- Handle multiple assigned integration tasks and deadlines
- Create and archive all necessary documentation related to each integration developed
Experience level: 6-10years relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations space
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Required Candidate profile:
- Certification in SAP integration or equivalent.
- Experience with at least 6 SuccessFactors integration with CPI or equivalent.
- Strong objectriented development knowledge.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excited and Enthusiastic to learn and grow with the team.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An analytical mind and good problem-solving acumen.
- Should have a solid foundation in the basic areas of SAP CPI and BoomiStrong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience programming in Java and scripting in Groovy and Javascript
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
- Willingness for flexible scheduling to meet processing demands
- Strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and a solid focus on results
- Knowledge/Experience working with SAP Cloud Platform is a plus
