Job Description
As the Lead - Integration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integration strategies. Your expertise in C++ programming, multithreading, and Linux development will be key to building robust applications. You will lead a team, ensuring efficient project management and delivery, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support.
- Design and develop C++ applications with a focus on memory management and file I/O.
- Implement multithreading techniques for efficient and scalable solutions.
- Triage and resolve Linux-related issues, ensuring smooth development and deployment.
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Evaluate coding tests and provide feedback on coding standards.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of project and SDLC processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex integration issues, employing effective problem-solving skills.
- Optimize application performance through memory allocation reduction and loop optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in C++ programming, with a strong grasp of memory management and file I/O.
- Expertise in multithreading, including creating and managing threads and synchronization mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Linux development, including command-line tools, POSIX, processes, and network concepts.
- Ability to write effective unit tests and evaluate coding standards.
- Experience in architecture design, building applications in a C++ environment.
- Good exposure to SCM tools and IDE integration, such as ClearCase and GIT.
- Understanding of web application development on the C++ platform.
- Strong project management skills and a solid grasp of SDLC processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Experience in Docker and Containers for deployment is a plus.
