About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Instructional Designer – Tech with strong Instructional Design expertise and a solid understanding of technical concepts to create impactful, learner-centric digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop WBT/eLearning and ILT learning solutions, including storyboards, presentations, projects, scripts and other learning assets.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to transform complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences.
- Review, edit and enhance content for technical accuracy, instructional quality and learner effectiveness.
- Apply Instructional Design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Lead, mentor and support team members while ensuring content quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute to improving learning content, processes and overall learner experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Design.
- Strong proficiency in Instructional Design tools, principles and methodologies.
- Mandatory: Strong knowledge of technical concepts such as Java, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud or related technologies.
- Strong experience in content review and quality assurance.
- Experience in team handling, mentoring or leading a team.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
- Candidates currently residing in Bangalore and available to join immediately will be preferred.
