Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Learning Designer (Tech) to design and deliver high-quality, learner-centric training solutions. The role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to understand program requirements and learning objectives
- Design and develop instructional content including storyboards, eLearning modules, videos, ILT materials, and assessments
- Create engaging, performance-driven learning experiences aligned with business goals
- Review and enhance existing learning content to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Apply instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles in content development
- Mentor and guide junior Learning Designers
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve learning strategies and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Instructional Designing (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in eLearning development and Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and learner-centric approaches
- Exposure to technologies such as Java, C/C++, Python, AWS, Azure, or RDBMS
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
Eligibility Criteria- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (not beyond 30 days)
- K10/K12 experience will not be considered
