Lead Infrastructure Services Delivery Engineer

The Web Security Engineering team is responsible for safeguarding critical and confidential information belonging to DTCC. Team is also responsible for following industry best practices in setting right security controls to ensure safety of information systems by providing protections from unauthorized access.

What You'll Do :

• Production Support: Leverage strong process knowledge to manage and support production environments efficiently.
• Collaboration: Co-ordinate with the engineering team to participate in SSO implementations and gain necessary knowledge.
• Flexibility: Willing to support both production and engineering tasks as per team demand.
• Weekend and After-Hours Support: Participate in change implementations during weekends and provide disaster recovery support outside regular business hours.
• Programming & Automation: Experience in programming and automation is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Incident Management: Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow is preferred.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies introduced by the team in the access management platform. Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and expanding technical expertise.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with key stakeholders.

Talents Needed for Success :

• Experience with Ping Access, Ping Federate, PingID suite of products.
• Experience in one of the IGA products SailPoint or OIM
• Experience in Access Management products tools such as ISAM or Access Management products
• Experience in SSO integration using security protocols OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO and SAML
• Knowledge of Incident Management Ticketing Tools.
• Experience with Splunk for Log Monitoring and Incident Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
