- Provide technical design and engineering for PAM & Secrets Management platform.
- Management of projects relating to upgrades, configuration, installation, integration and engaging with stakeholders to fully understand requirements.
- Follow a standard software engineering lifecycle from requirements analysis to the design, implementation, validation, installation, and maintenance of key platforms.
- Engage with the Operations team to provide handover documentation, including updates and maintenance of run books and technical documentation.
- Provide onsite L2/L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of platforms deployed globally when incidents take place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support as necessary.
- Engage with application teams to deliver compelling PAM & Secrets Management services.
- Assist in restructuring of existing processes and identify opportunities to further automate processes.
- Strong coding skills to assist with product integrations and extensions.
- Adherence to company IT policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Requirements (indicate mandatory and preferred) Skills & Experience (Mandatory)5+ years of experience in CyberArk Enterprise Vault
- Strong OO development skills with working with a least one major language, (Java, C#, Go, Python etc.)
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Strong scripting skills, for example Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one major RDMS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc.)
- Knowledge of GIT, Ansible and DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, CI/CD etc.)
- Computer science or similar degree
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with CyberArk Conjur
- General understanding of cryptographic concepts: symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, secure hash, digital signatures
- Any relevant certifications: Security+, CISSP, SSCP or related degree
- Good understanding of IT security principles.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM
- Exposure to Cloud based architectures and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Private etc.)
