Professional Services at LeadSquared
The Professional Services (PS) team plays a mission-critical role in customer success and revenue growth. The team partners closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize LeadSquared solutions tailored to their business needs.
As a Lead Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with global customers, drive complex implementations, manage integrations, and ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of the platform. This role combines solution consulting, project management, customer engagement, and technical implementation.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Lead Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of LeadSquared solutions for enterprise customers.
You will act as the primary implementation owner, driving successful deployments, integrations, process automation, and customer onboarding while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
What You'll Do
Customer Solutioning & Consulting
- Understand customer business processes, operational workflows, and implementation requirements
- Design scalable and effective solutions using LeadSquared products and capabilities
- Advise customers on best practices for sales automation, CRM workflows, and process optimization
Implementation & Delivery
- Own end-to-end implementation and onboarding for assigned customers
- Configure LeadSquared modules based on customer requirements
- Ensure customers go live within committed timelines and quality standards
- Drive implementation planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
Integrations & Technical Coordination
- Understand customer technology ecosystems and identify optimal integration approaches
- Work closely with technical teams to enable integrations with third-party systems, CRMs, telephony, APIs, and marketing tools
- Support data migration, import strategies, and digital asset onboarding
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
- Communicate implementation progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Continuous Improvement
- Track implementation KPIs and customer adoption metrics
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant LeadSquared products and services
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or enterprise solution delivery
- Experience implementing CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, or cloud-based enterprise products is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based application ecosystems
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data migration processes
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication and consulting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High ownership, execution focus, and attention to detail
