Lead Implementation Consultant

Role Responsibilities:

• Configure Sprinklr solutions based on customer needs and platform best practices.
• Act as a key contact for clients, managing onboarding, training, and escalations.
• Deliver consulting support and insights across various project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product adoption and operational excellence.

Key Deliverables:

• Execute platform deployments ensuring alignment with future client needs.
• Conduct platform health checks and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
• Train customer users to maximize platform utility and satisfaction.
• Analyze and address performance issues, escalating where necessary.
