Lead II - Software Testing

Role Responsibilities:

1. Define performance engineering strategy and review test plans, scenarios, and results.
2. Lead test execution using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad.
3. Coordinate with DevOps and development teams for performance tuning and environment readiness.
4. Track metrics, manage defects, and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Job Requirements:

1. 12+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
2. Hands-on with Grafana, Dynatrace, AWS performance monitoring, and cloud metrics.
3. Strong expertise in SLAs, RCA, test data creation, and performance risk mitigation.
4. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
