Lead II - Software Engineering

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
• Integrate Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance AI insights.
• Collaborate with contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow with CVP and ICM systems.
• Continuously improve AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
• Proficiency in Looker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CVP and ICM systems, with a solid understanding of contact center technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
