Lead II - Software Engineering

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and frameworks like Flask/FastAPI with a focus on AI-powered solutions.
2. Develop and deploy RESTful APIs to integrate GenAI models into the platform.
3. Implement and optimize GenAI models and frameworks to enhance application functionality and performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and ship new AI features.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, particularly in Flask/FastAPI.
2. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
3. Experience working with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
4. Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, API security principles, and cloud platforms like AWS.
