Lead II - Software Engineering

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead application and database consultants in POD-based teams during migration initiatives.
• Conduct technical interviews, create migration artifacts, and drive end-to-end migration lifecycle.
• Manage Azure DevOps tracking, status updates, and migration risk/issues resolution.
• Coordinate POCs and resolve migration roadblocks by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in Azure and AWS IaaS/PaaS.
• Proficiency in application migration, architecture design, and discovery tools like Azure Migrate.
• Familiarity with Java stack, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to lead client interactions.
