Lead II - Oracle Fusion, EBS support Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance modules across global regions.
2. Manage application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with agile teams and vendors.
3. Conduct system health checks, monitor jobs and performance KPIs, and execute change requests.
4. Maintain support documentation on Confluence and SharePoint while ensuring SLA compliance.

Job Requirements:

1. 5–10 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, especially HCM and Financials modules.
2. Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server back-end.
3. Proficient in Azure, Agile methodology, and Windows AD/Role-Based Security.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure, global support environments.
