The Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for ensuring optimal network performance If so, look no further - Kyndryl is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for Enterprise, Data Center, and Security infrastructure, serving as the final escalation point for critical incidents and complex technical challenges.
• Own Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management, driving end-to-end resolution, RCA, and service restoration across global environments.
• Review, approve, and lead implementation of complex network changes, migrations, data center projects, and technology refresh initiatives involving MPLS, BGP, OSPF, ACI, SD-WAN, F5, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, Check Point, and cloud networking.
• Drive network architecture improvements, performance optimization, capacity planning, automation initiatives, and operational governance to improve availability and reliability.
• Lead OEM/vendor technical discussions, mentor L1-L3 engineers, establish operational standards, review MOPs/HLDs/LLDs, and provide technical guidance to project and operations teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing
• 10+ years of working experience in Networking
• Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
• Experience with Network security, WAN
• Working knowledge of ITIL

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX
• Experience with Ansible automation
