Lead I - Software Testing ( Performance Tester with Mainframe)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead performance testing for applications across varying load conditions using tools like Load Runner, JMeter, or Neoload.
2. Monitor and analyze system performance with Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
3. Conduct performance testing for AWS and mainframe applications, including batch processes.
4. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support agile project tracking via JIRA.

Job Requirements:

1. 9–14 years of experience in performance testing with hands-on tool proficiency.
2. Experience with AWS environments and MQ-based applications.
3. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Postgres or MongoDB.
4. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and agile methodologies.
