Lead I - Software Testing (Automation, Python, AWS)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead automation testing using Python in big data environments with HDFS and PySpark.
2. Perform data validation and testing across AWS services like EMR Serverless, Lambda, and MWAA.
3. Collaborate in Agile teams to define and implement testing strategies for cloud-native applications.
4. Document test cases, reports, and contribute to process improvement with strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

1. 5–8 years of experience in automation testing with Python in Hadoop/Big Data ecosystems.
2. Hands-on with AWS services including S3, Lambda, MWAA, and EMR Serverless.
3. Proficient in data testing, Agile methodologies, and problem-solving.
4. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
