Lead I - Software Engineering - Ab initio Lead

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop software features for credit card consumer applications as part of a self-organized Ab Initio engineering team.
2. Collaborate with Product Management to align development goals and prioritize tasks.
3. Drive engineering best practices including operational excellence, security, and code quality across teams.
4. Innovate within the team, contribute to technical advancements, and improve efficiency by identifying effort savings.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Ab Initio technologies, GDE, and Unix scripting.
2. Leadership experience in the full development lifecycle, delivering software in a timely manner.
3. Strong knowledge of Jenkins pipelines, Agile methodologies, and AWS, including Lambda programming.
4. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and reduce inefficiencies.
