Role: Lead – Talent Experience

Experience Range - 6 to 8 years

Location: Bengaluru

What You'll Do

As a Lead – Talent Experience, you'll have the chance to:

  • Business Partnership & Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior managers, offering guidance on complex people issues, performance, culture, and team dynamics.
  • Influence leaders through data insights, trends, and diagnostics from engagement, attrition, capability gaps, and workforce analytics.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen organizational effectiveness, productivity, and talent depth.
  • Employee Relations & Case Management
  • Lead resolution of sensitive and complex ER cases, ensuring fairness, empathy, thorough documentation, and compliance.
  • Coach employees/managers on conflict resolution, behavioral feedback, performance conversations, and early intervention.
  • Partner with legal and global HR where escalations require policy interpretation or risk mitigation.
  • Performance & Talent Management
  • Support and coach managers on performance frameworks, capability expectations, and development plans.
  • Drive talent reviews, succession discussions, and readiness pipelines for critical roles along with Senior Talent Partners.
  • Partner with L&D teams to implement targeted interventions and capability development.
  • Engagement, Inclusion & Employee Experience
  • Lead action planning across business units based on engagement surveys and other listening/sentiment analysis tools.
  • Identify micro-culture risks and design targeted interventions to strengthen inclusion and team effectiveness via structured HR connects.
  • Drive DEI-aligned initiatives in partnership with global/local teams.
  • Workforce Planning & Change Support
  • Support/Implement organizational design changes, team restructuring, and role-mapping exercises.
  • Guide managers during change cycles (team transitions, leadership changes, role shifts).
  • Identify risks early and propose solutions to maintain business continuity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (TA, L&D, Analytics, DEI) to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Ensure seamless employee experience across touchpoints by influencing shared services and global counterparts
