Position Overview

You'll lead the people strategy during a critical growth phase as the company scales talent acquisition capabilities and builds organizational excellence. You'll architect HR frameworks from the ground up while executing strategic initiatives that shape organizational culture across multiple locations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build scalable systems for specialized technical talent in a fast-growing startup environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Build and scale hiring engine for specialized technical talent across multiple locations

Structure and implement OKR frameworks to align team performance with organizational goals

Design comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for scaling organization

Develop and execute Learning & Development programs to upskill technical and leadership talent

Own talent management processes including succession planning, career progression, and high-potential identification

Implement data-driven retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition

Build and lead high-performance HR team while mentoring associates to scale organizational impact

Must Have Criteria

8-12 years progressive HR experience with a minimum 3+ years in leadership or senior HRBP roles

Experience managing and leading HR teams of minimum 5+ people in previous roles

Strong startup background with experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments

Proven track record of changing and optimizing HR processes for better efficiency and outcomes

Proven experience structuring OKR frameworks and performance management systems

Strong background in designing HR policies, procedures, and organizational governance structures

Hands-on experience developing L&D programs and talent management processes

Nice to Have

Fintech or enterprise SaaS sector experience

Experience with rapid scaling organizations (50+ employees to 200+ employees)

Professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)

Track record of implementing retention strategies and reducing employee attrition rates
