We're looking for a dynamic Senior HR Lead to spearhead HR Business Partnering across our business verticals at Entero Healthcare one of India's fastest-growing healthcare distribution platforms.

This isn't your typical HR role it's for someone who wants to build, lead, and transform.

You'll partner closely with business heads, drive performance, culture, and capability, and shape HR strategies that fuel Entero's next phase of growth.

What You'll Drive:

• End-to-end HR Business partnering across multiple business clusters
• Partnering with business heads/Regional P&L Leads to align people strategy with growth
• Talent development, performance, and culture transformation
• Building scalable people processes in a fast-growing listed ecosystem

What You Bring:

• Strategic HR mindset with strong business orientation
• Hands-on experience in driving HR across diverse verticals / regions
• Proven ability to influence leadership and manage change
• Passion for building scale and delivering tangible business outcomes
• Experience in #Medtech/#Pharma / #Healthcare / #Ecommerce/#B2B/ environments (a plus)
• A must have MBA in HR from a reputed institute
