Job Description:
To manage and optimize the end-to-end HR operations Lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness in Payroll and Statutory Compliance, managing the Annual Performance Management System (PMS), and driving data-driven decision-making through robust HR MIS. Additionally, the incumbent will lead initiatives in HR automation, policy enhancement, and audit readiness.
1. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Payroll Processing:Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle. Ensure the payroll file is ready for upload by the 28th of the month and payments are processed on the last working day without errors.
Taxation:Handle Form 16 issuance and ensure accurate tax deductions.
Insurance Management:Manage the Mediclaim process, including adding/deleting employee data by the 5th and 20th of every month, maintaining premium balance statements, and assisting employees with claim settlements.
2. Statutory Compliance
Regulatory Adherence:Ensure timely registration and payments for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Shops & Establishment acts.
Risk Management:Ensure zero penalties regarding delayed payments or registrations.
Reporting:Maintain Statutory, Payroll, and FNF (Full and Final) reports.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
Appraisal Cycle:Execute the annual performance appraisal process strictly according to the schedule.
Process Improvement:Enhance the PMS process compared to the previous year to secure positive feedback from over 50% of the workforce.
