The Opportunity
This is not a transactional HR role. You will be a trusted strategic partner to the Leadership Team — shaping culture, building people systems, and driving the talent agenda that will define how Kheyti scales.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution: one hour in a leadership conversation on org design, the next drafting an offer or fixing an onboarding gap.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership: Partner with the founding team on org design, workforce planning, and culture.
Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior roles — scoping, sourcing, structured assessment, and closure.
Performance & Development: Design performance cycles, career frameworks, and L&D initiatives.
HR Operations & Systems: Build and own onboarding, HRIS, policies, compliance, and people analytics.
Employee Engagement: Drive culture, pulse surveys, and initiatives that make Kheyti a high-retention workplace.
Startup Agility: Roll up your sleeves — build from scratch, navigate ambiguity, and move with speed.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a sharp, mission-driven HR generalist who can zoom in on execution and zoom out to C-suite conversations — often on the same day. You bring the structured thinking of a top B-school education and the grit of someone who has built people processes from scratch in a startup.
Must-Haves
MBA or equivalent from B-school (MDI,IMT, Narsee Monjee, KJ Somaiya or equivalent).
2–5 years of HR experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Generalist background — experience beyond just recruitment (performance, engagement, ops).
Strong exposure to talent acquisition, including structured hiring for mid-to-senior roles.
Demonstrated ability to partner with founders/senior leadership on people strategy.
Strong operational agility: builds processes, manages ambiguity, executes with speed.
Data-driven mindset — comfort with HR metrics, dashboards, and people analytics.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in agri-tech, rural development, or a social enterprise.
Exposure to distributed or field-heavy organizations.
Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools or modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho People).
Prior experience hiring across multiple functions and geographies.
