Job Description

Talent Management & Development:

. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

. Design and execute learning and development programs to upskill employees.

. Develop performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.

. Drive employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and reduce attrition.

HR Operations, ER & IR Compliance:

. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, industrial laws, and statutory requirements.

. Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policies.

. Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics for decision-making.

. Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, labor unions, and dispute resolution, while ensuring a harmonious work environment.

. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.

Administrative Leadership:

. Manage administrative functions, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office operations.

. Oversee travel, logistics, and workplace safety protocols.

. Develop and monitor budgets for HR and administration activities.

Organizational Culture & Change Management:

. Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

. Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist with a GCC
  • Experience with GCC is a must
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
