Job Description:

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement the organization's healthcare vision and strategy.
• Program Development: Lead early intervention, therapy, and rehabilitation initiatives for persons with special needs.
• Team Capacity Building: Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Partnerships & Collaboration: Engage with hospitals, experts, and community networks to strengthen healthcare systems.
• Impact & Quality: Establish monitoring frameworks, evaluate outcomes, and ensure operational excellence

Job Requirements:

-Master's degree in Allied Health Sciences / Medicine / Psychology / Public Health.

-1416 years of experience in public health, healthcare program management, or disability care leadership.

-Understanding of a multi-disciplinary set up i.e. a psychologist/ speech/physio therapist etc who has worked with other therapists

-Understanding of Intellectual Disabilities
