As a Lead Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, (internally titled _________) you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. Responsibilities

- Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications
- Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout
- Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
- Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
- Experience with hardware testing and validation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
