Lead PBA Layout design:

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Expert knowledge of IPC Class3 PCB/PBA design, documentation, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong understanding of IPC2221, IPCA610, and IPCD325 standards
  • Deep expertise in Honeywell HPS processes (HPS1011, 1009, 1016, 1021)
  • Mastery of Siemens PCB design tools and advanced smart utilities
  • Strong command of PCB layout methodologies, tools, processes, and guidelines
  • SME in DFM, DFA, and DFT practices enabling highquality, costeffective designs
  • Continuously evaluate supplier tools and technologies; update DFM rules accordingly
  • Recognized Subject Matter Expert in very complex boards, RF layout tools, AEP's, DFM, ERFs, DFT etc. with Say do Ratio >95%
  • Drive automation, innovation, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Deliver measurable business impact through cost savings and avoidance
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to guide design strategy
  • Resolve complex technical issues using structured problemsolving tools (Six Sigma, RPS,RCCA, DAR etc.)
  • Represent Honeywell in industry forums (IPC, Siemens, IEEE); contribute to standards
  • Challenge status quo to improve cycle time, productivity, and quality
  • Provide strong technical and people leadership; mentor and develop talent : day-to-day reviews , guidance etc.
  • Communicate effectively and present to all leadership levels (Product, COE, CTO, Business)

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of overall industry experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
  • Strong proficiency across the electronics hardware development lifecycle
